Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using GSM KOYA Bot you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

GSM KOYA Bot sends automatic replies to comments and Messenger messages on Facebook Pages that you own or manage and have connected to the service. You decide what the bot says.

3. Who can use it

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have a valid Facebook account and be an admin of the Pages you connect.
• You must grant the permissions the service needs to work.

4. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping access to your account safe.
• You are responsible for all activity and replies sent from your account.
• Do not share your account details with others.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• Send spam or unwanted messages.
• Post illegal, hateful, misleading or harmful content.
• Impersonate others or collect people's passwords or personal data.
• Break Meta's Community Standards or Platform Terms.
• Disrupt or attack the service.

6. Plans

The service offers free and paid plans. Current limits and prices are shown in your dashboard. We may change plans and limits; paid time already purchased is honored.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service running, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, technical problems or changes to the Facebook API.

8. Liability

You are responsible for the content of your replies. To the extent allowed by law, GSM KOYA is not liable for indirect losses, lost data or actions of other users.

9. Intellectual property

The GSM KOYA name, logo and software belong to GSM KOYA. Facebook and Messenger are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.; GSM KOYA Bot is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using the service and delete your data at any time (see the data deletion instructions). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Iraq and the Kurdistan Region.
