1. Who we are

GSM KOYA Bot is a service operated by GSM KOYA, based in Koya, Kurdistan Region, Iraq. It helps Facebook Page owners automatically reply to comments and Messenger messages on their own Pages. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and how you can delete it.

2. Information we collect

Facebook login: your name, Facebook user ID and profile picture, received when you choose "Continue with Facebook". We never see or store your Facebook password.
Pages you connect: Page name, Page ID and a Page access token, only for the Pages you select.
Comments and messages: the text of comments and messages sent to your connected Pages, the sender's public name and ID, and the replies the bot sent.
Your settings: the keywords, replies and options you create in the dashboard.
Usage data: monthly reply counts and basic technical logs used to keep the service running.

3. How we use it

To send the automatic replies you configured on your Pages.
To show you reports and history in your dashboard.
To manage your account and plan, and to contact you about the service.
To detect errors and protect the service from abuse.

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not build profiles of the people who message your Page.

4. Sharing

We never sell or rent your information. We only share it when you ask us to, when the law requires it, or with Meta itself as needed to send replies through the Facebook Graph API.

5. Security and retention

Data is stored on secured servers; access tokens are kept private and are never shown publicly.
Reply logs are kept while your account is active so you can review them; you can ask us to delete them at any time.
When you remove a Page or delete your account, its tokens and data are deleted.

6. Facebook Platform

This service uses the Facebook Graph API and follows the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

7. Your rights

See the information we hold about you.
Correct it.
Delete your account and all of your data.
Withdraw the permissions you gave at any time.

8. Data deletion instructions

You can delete your data in any of these ways:

From Facebook: go to Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find "GSM KOYA Automation" and click Remove. This revokes our access immediately.
From your dashboard: remove each connected Page; its token and settings are deleted.
By email: send a request to support@gsmkoya.net from the email on your account, or include your name and Page name. We delete all of your data within 30 days and confirm by email.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Important changes will be announced in the dashboard or by email.
